Total Nutrition Technology app for iPhone and iPad

The Total Nutrition Technology App connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan. Receive meal planning, recipes, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a  Total Nutrition Technology client, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your  Total Nutrition Technology provider. Communicate with them in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, activities and other parameters from the HealthKit directly with the TNT app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Total Nutrition Technology clients and you cant use the app unless youre a someone already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.  Total Nutrition Technology  uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
